This new mixtape from Saigon is definitely worth a listen for Saigon fans. Although, I am generally not a fan, I am posting it because many others are. He, also, shows off all the characteristics we look for in an artist: lyrics, charisma, and quality beats. I just do not generally enjoy his music. Hooking up with Statik Selektah was a good move for Saigon. However, to me, this tape just did not turn out right. I think many Saigon fans would agree with me. The only real standout track was The Reason. All In a Days Work displays the quality and effort that Saigon might put in over a period of one day. Hearing anything of real value in a mixtape full of tracks made in one day would be very ambitious. There is usually a tradeoff between quality and quantity. Still, I will have high expectations for The Greatest Story Never Told, but this mixtape will probably leave Saigon fans looking more substance. I give it a 3/5; average.
