Another emcee I had never heard of was Trav. Apparently he is affiliated with Shady and is from Queens, NY. I think he might even be Tony Yayo’s brother, but I am having trouble finding info on him. I was skeptical at first, but I was won over almost immediately. He has a ridiculous voice and can flow well over any beat. His charisma on the mic is like no one else’s I’ve heard. However, he is just another gangster rapper talking about the streets. His subject matter falls in the category of East Coast Murder Rap. If you are into this style of hip-hop, you will definitely like Trav. There are a lot of good singles on this and also some street tracks, all filled with above average gangster rap lyrics. Trav has the potential to become a great hip-hop artist. I will be looking forward to more releases from him. My favorite track on here is the collabo with Uncle Murda: No Body. The other standouts are Change, Choppa Pop, Fuck A Vest, Problem, Ride, and Ride The Wave. If you like gangster rap download this now, 4/5.
